OaseParkTerms of service
Effective 30 June 2026. These terms govern your use of OasePark. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
OasePark is a curated directory of urban green spaces in the Netherlands, with free accounts for saving favourites and suggesting new spots. We provide the service on an ongoing basis but may change or discontinue features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide a valid email address, keep your credentials secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Use OasePark lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or attack the service, scrape it at scale, misuse the suggestion form for spam or unlawful content, or infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your submissions
When you suggest a spot, you grant us permission to review, edit and publish that suggestion in the directory. Only submit information you're entitled to share, and keep it accurate and free of personal data about others.
Subscriptions & payment
The directory is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, the price and billing period will be shown clearly before you subscribe, and payment is processed by Website Holding B.V. as merchant of record — your card is charged by Website Holding, not OasePark, and we never store card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time before the next renewal.
Refunds
For any paid plan, EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you've asked for the service to start immediately and it has been fully provided. To request a refund within this period, contact support and Website Holding, as merchant of record, will process it to your original payment method.
Intellectual property
The OasePark name, design and curated text are owned by us or our operator. Park photos remain the property of their photographers and are used under the Creative Commons or public-domain licences credited on each page; map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors. Respect those licences if you reuse any of it.
Disclaimers
OasePark is provided “as is”. We curate carefully, but opening hours, access and conditions of real-world parks can change, so check locally before you travel. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OasePark and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
Termination
You can stop using OasePark and close your account at any time via the support page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes fall under the competent courts of the Netherlands. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Reach us from the support page.
